Thursday- Texas chili and baked potato kit: House made Texas-style chili served with four potatoes, sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, butter, and green onions.

​

Friday - Smoked pork belly taco kit: all day smoked pork belly, flour or corn tortillas, mango salsa, cilantro, cotija cheese(Mexican style farmers cheese), sour cream, fresh diced red onion. Comes with roasted, buttered corn and beans.

 

Saturday - Smoked prime rib dinner: 28oz. house smoked prime rib, horseradish crème, smoked tomato jam, and au jus. Served with warm potato salad and zucchini and yellow squash.

 

Sunday - (can be picked up on Saturday)- Lox and capers bagel kit: Local-made everything bagels, house smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, fine chopped red onion, and sliced tomato. Comes with a cranberry-walnut salad with house vinaigrette.
